My Experience

I have been afforded two opportunities in my current role as Client Relations Officer. The first opportunity was to learn of the importance of the ISO Management Systems and how it operates and is implemented. The second was to learn and understand the importance of the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Framework and its application. As a business, we decided to integrate the TCF Framework into the ISO Management System and our business processes as there are many common touch points and business processes that have TCF inherent in them are naturally more robust in ensuring client satisfaction and consistent delivery. It has been a very rewarding journey and we can already see the benefits of the integration of TCF into international operating standards. I look forward to being involved further as we continue our adoption and enhancement of TCF at Innovation Group.
Team Work

TCF is a growing global and local trend which the Insurance Team at Innovation Group has wholeheartedly embraced. With a starting point of creating a TCF Lifestyle and culture, the team has worked hard on educating staff through online assessments. They have updated all job descriptions to reflect TCF outcomes as well as incorporated TCF in all work process flows. No visitor to the business floor can avoid the "Invigorate Slate", the TCF Wall of Fame which clearly displays the 4 key TCF objectives as well as staff attitude and views towards Treating Customers Fairly. Incorporating the companies' values of Integrity, Respect, Reliability, Innovative Processes and Sustainability, the business has developed a Customer Charter, which educates all employees on the 10 simple steps to ensure fair treatment of customers or as Innovation Insurance likes to say "Insuring Happiness".

Reba Agencies, now Reba Chemicals would not be what it is today if it was not for Kaizen Continuous Improvements Services. The Director Zahida assisted Reba chemicals to be ISO 9001 certified. It took the company from implementation to certification six months to attain certification without any findings raised.

The following steps were taken during certification:

1. Quality Manual
2. Procedures and processes according to companies requirements.
3. Internal audits and clearance of findings.
4. Certification.

Zahida assisted us to prepare the Quality manual in her experience with easy to follow procedures relevant to the type of the business we are in. The fees Kaizen continuous improvement systems(Zahida) charges are very much reasonable compared to any other company who does the very same service. Reba has quite a reasonable volume of customers since we became ISO 9001:2008 compliant. Kaizen Continuous Improvement Systems currently ongoing audits to ensure that we comply with the requirements, prior to the external audit. We therefore recommend Kaizen Continuous Improvement Systems to any company that is serious about making their Quality Management System a force to reckon with.
